too many pictures too many pictures!! my lappy is SUPER laggy now. it must be due to the exceedingly HEEEUGE amount of pictures. Or maybe cos my bro installed PirateKing into my lappy. I shall...uninstall it! and maple too. wakakkaa.
So, i spent most of my time earlier clearing off all my pics. I deleted most of my pics. Yes, almost ALL of my pics are gone. Those countless pics of Dino and I, Huiwen, Elaine and michelle, da DCP class, including my alice nine pics. =( The only ones I remained are those gorgeous ones of Saga-sama above. hahahaha. Saga-sama is so cool! And of course the KFC pics, the ones with fadinah, i even backed those up on my thumbdrive. heh.
T'was kinda sad having to delete them pics. Pictures are after all, the physical memories.. There is this, pinch of deja vu when I look at those pictures, those unclear, small images that were haphazardly taken with the old camera phone before I had my digital camera. And how we'd fluster to hurriedly upload them onto what hooked us on the net for ages -- Friendster. Man, I don't even log into friendster anymore! haha. the only time I do, is when I get continous prompts that yet another mat/ah bengish stranger wishes to add me to his list.
Looking at my older pictures; back in those silly days really made me laugh, at how I used to think they looked nice. haha. Strangely, I used to feel that I looked best back then, even with short spikey hair and baggy clothes. Only now do I realise that tight fitting clothes, heels and make up are the substantial parts to looking beautiful. for us women, that is. Maybe in the near future, I'd discover yet another wonderful invention of women's that'll beautify us into stunning butterflies? LOL.
Some of the old pictures remind you of events and happenings that you've almost entirely forgotten. Your 15th birthday, do you remember who did you spend that particular day with? Or that familiar photo of those weird indians rapping on stage, which day was that? Its only with these photographs, that trigger that rusty part of your brain to twitch, then it whacks you that, you've completely neglected that certain friend who took that photo for you, or that lovely bangle that you sported in that photo. Its probably gone missing now, though you'd love very much to don it again. And that friend, things probably aren't the same between you 2 anymore. Anyhow, those pictures certainly make me look back, and realise the importance of friends. My life, this 18 years would never have been the same or as wonderful without the best friends. Love them heaploads. =)
